As the vineyards age and we further unravel their secrets, we anticipate each year to lead us even further. And yet, as this exceptional Red Mountain red blend is delicious now, you might as well take the first step, savoring a glass of 2019 A56 Red Blend with a crust of fresh bread and a slice of soppressata or pasta e fagioli to start, or perhaps with a traditional risotto Milanese, or ossobuco. 40% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot. Fermented on skins for 3 to 5 weeks in stainless steel, Malo lactic fermentation in barrel. Aged 22 months in 50% new French Oak.
